Online check-in opens 14 days (2 weeks) before embarkation, and you’ll want to complete it as soon as it becomes available.
🗓️ WHEN IT OPENS:
Exactly 14 days before your sail date (midnight Eastern Time).
📍 WHERE TO CHECK IN:
Log in to your booking on the Carnival website or Carnival app.
✅ WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO COMPLETE CHECK-IN:
▪️ Passport or birth certificate details
▪️ Emergency contact information
▪️ Payment method for onboard expenses
▪️ Travel details (if requested)
⏰ WHY CHECKING IN EARLY MATTERS:
▪️ You get earlier arrival/boarding times
▪️ Better chance of boarding closer to the start of embarkation
▪️ More flexibility if you need to adjust your arrival time later
📱 AFTER CHECK-IN:
Once completed, your boarding pass & documents will be available in the app or to print. Make sure your arrival time is clearly visible before heading to the port.
⚠️ Important tips:
▪️ Arrival times are assigned and fill up quick, so don’t wait
▪️ You may arrive later than your assigned time if needed
▪️ You cannot arrive earlier than your assigned time—early arrivals will be asked to wait until their window
✨ Pro tip: Set a reminder on your phone for 14 days before sailing so you don’t forget!
