š³ What is it?
Your Sail & Sign card is your room key, onboard credit card, and ID all in one! Youāll use it for:
⢠Getting into your stateroom šļø
⢠Making purchases onboard (drinks, shops, photos, etc.) šļøš¹
⢠Checking on and off the ship at ports šļø
⢠Checking in and out of the ship at embarkation and debarkation
š Boarding Pass Reminder:
When you first board, you wonāt have your Sail & Sign card yet. Itās usually waiting for you in a sealed envelope outside your stateroom around 1:30pm-ish. Until then, your boarding pass acts as your temporary ID and proof of boarding ā so keep it handy, use it at the bars, and donāt toss it!
⨠Pro Tips:
⢠Once you have your card, keep it with you at all times ā many cruisers use a lanyard or wristband to avoid losing it. It will come with a small hole in the corner. I like to add a key-ring to my lanyard to hang my card from.
⢠You can check your Sail & Sign balance anytime using the Carnival HUB app, onboard kiosks, or at Guest Services.
šµ How it works:
Before your cruise, youāll link your Sail & Sign account to a credit/debit card or cash deposit. All onboard purchases (drinks, shops, spa, specialty dining, etc.) will be charged to that account.
š„ Cruising with a partner?
If you and your cabin mate want to pay for things separately, you can set that up when you check in online (about two weeks before your cruise). Each person can link their own payment method so charges donāt end up on one card.
