🛏 Cruise cabins are small. A little organization helps you find things easily, keeps the cabin tidy, and can make the small space feel less cramped. A well-organized cabin also makes it easier for your cabin steward to clean and can improve the overall enjoyment of your cruise.

Here are a few basic ideas to help keep your cruise cabin organized:
◾️Packing Cubes can be used as individual "drawers" where space is limited. My husband usually unpacks and uses the built in closet drawers while I take my packing cubes out of my suitcase and put them right on the closet shelves and live out of them for the duration of the cruise.
◾️Rooms can get stuffy and some travelers can't sleep without a fan. Magnetic travel fans are made small so they are easy to pack and can be attached on the wall anywhere in the cabin, keeping tabletops and countertops uncluttered and clear of extra items.
◾️The cruise cabin walls are metal so magnetic hooks come in very handy for hanging hats, lanyards, wet bathing suits, pullovers, bags or even running a cords around the room for your power strip.
◾️Bring a bag or travel hamper for dirty clothes: We use heavy duty magnets to hang a hamper on the wall to keep dirty clothes off the floor. You could also use a pop up hamper.
◾️Use a Wall Pocket Organizer (hanging shoe organizer or a pocket shower caddy) to keep sunscreen and other products & items organized and off the countertops. We use heavy duty magnet hooks to hang on the wall.
Staying organized in your cruise stateroom significantly enhances your cruise experience by reducing stress and improving comfort. By maximizing the limited space and efficiently storing your belongings, you can create a more pleasant and functional environment, allowing you to relax and fully enjoy your vacation.
